Once again I have uncovered this in my e-mail skyscraper. So, just so I will never have to apologize to you for not doing this again, here goes:
Mr Ulysses Mori was engaged to help us find and purchase a house in early 2010.
After finding several prospects and making offers on at least four homes we finally concluded a purchase in late 2010. This was a months long and sometimes frustrating ordeal for us and we were certainly becoming discouraged. However, Ulysses was the anchor in the whole process and never became disconnected from us during this whole time. He found houses for us and we found houses for him to let us see. Some of these had some very weird situations as we dug into the details and he doggedly investigated them and provided us with extremely valuable advice that helped us immeasurably in making our decisions. In the end we successfully concluded a purchase on a home we are wholly pleased by and couldn't be happier.
In addition to the purchase of the above mentioned property, Ulysses was the realtor we chose to help us sell two other properties. He again was the quintessential agent in helping us with these sales which have both been completed to our complete satisfaction.
During this whole process we found Ulysses to be very pleasant, unflappable, considerate, determined, persevering, and responsive to our needs. We spent untold hours with him during this search. He never got frustrated or tired of the effort. I has been a pleasure working with him. The next time we have a property to sell or buy Ulysses will be the man we turn to lead us through the process.

Service when you need it.
Ulysses has an exceptional ability to advertise and put on a "splash"of selected photos to compliment a listing for the virtual tours. He made me feel at ease with his confidence and background in real estate. He was readily available by phone or computer at any time. He took the incentive to find me and to notify me that a listing had expired and was not known to me. The letter of introduction and his theory to sell were very attractive and unconditional.
Ulysses told me if I gave him this listing he would get it shown and sold.
Every moment I felt he was working for me and he went out of his way (time and mile wise) to oblige a problem(s).
